Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TipMax, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the app.

2. Payments and Refunds

TipMax uses Apple's In-App Purchase system for all transactions. Please note:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system
• We do not offer refunds for purchases made
• Any payment disputes must be handled through Apple Support

3. AI Services and Data Processing

TipMax uses artificial intelligence services to generate flashcards. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that content may be processed by third-party AI services
• We reserve the right to change AI service providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) without prior notice
• You agree not to submit personal or sensitive information in menu uploads

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Apple's CoreData and CloudKit frameworks:

• Data is stored locally on your device and/or in your iCloud account
• iCloud sync is optional and subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• We are not responsible for data loss due to iCloud service issues

5. Analytics

We use Mixpanel for anonymous app analytics to improve our service. This data collection:

• Is not personally identifiable
• Does not track individual users
• Is used solely for app improvement purposes

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TipMax after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
